Minimal watering of garden may be required. One minature schauzer dog and 1 elderly cat both require TLC. Would prefer someone be at home during the day to keep Rosie company, as she is used to this. She also likes to be walked. Coco requires medication, this is easy to administer. Our home is a Lockwood, well kept, warm and comfortable. We are situated close to Albany bus station, mall and Browns Bay. Not suitable for families or other pets.
