Paihia Far North

Hello!
We are seeking a housesitter, ideally a single person or a quiet couple, to care for our home and our 9-year-old white Persian cat. Although he is very friendly, he isn't much of a cuddler. He enjoys ear and chin rubs and is fed twice a day. He also appreciates some occasional grooming.
We live in Paihia in a comfortable house that includes a guest bedroom and bathroom for your use. The property features a lovely deck overlooking the valley and a view of Russell across the water. Additionally, we have high-speed fiber internet, a home entertainment system, and streaming services available. Of course, the beaches and amazing walks are just a few minutes away from the house.
We are looking for someone trustworthy to take care of our cat while we are away. This is our first time seeking help, as our cat usually stays at a cattery but dislikes it immensely. He is much happier in his own home, so we want someone who will care for him and respect our living space.
