Waipu Whangarei

Looking for an active retired couple or a mature person/couple who perhaps works from home or are around alot to look after our property for around 3 weeks late April to mid May 2025. 3 bedroom house in semi rural location on Uretiti Road, around 4 mins drive to Waipu township and 2 mins drive or an easy walk to Uretiti beach. We have 10 acres, 2 cats, 1 foxy dog and 5 fairly easy care horses. Horses would likely be set stocked so probably no moving of paddocks required but daily checking of horses and troughs needed. No grounds work or maintenance required. Have good cell signal and wifi and heat pump. Nice deck area out back to relax, has bbq and fire pit. It is important that the house sitters have some experience with horses, while we don't expect any problems, some confidence handling horses would be desired should something happen. Would also prefer NZ residents who regularly house sit than overseas travellers looking for accom.
