Come enjoy our beautiful mild Hawke's Bay Winter!

We have a comfortable home in the charming village of Havelock North. We are within walking distance of the center of the village, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The home is well-insulated, has central ducted AC & heat and is very well maintained. Unlimited gigabit internet is provided along with several streaming TV services. We are avid cooks, so the kitchen is well equipped and ready for your use.

Our dog, Lila, will be a 20-month-old spoodle puppy in June. She is sweet and energetic, loves to play and go on walks, but she also knows how to self-soothe and chill out. She is a great companion, loves to snuggle and is a very happy pup!

I work from home, while Kristen works out in the community, so Lila is my buddy during the day. We would prefer a house/pet sitter that is either retired or also works from home, as she isn't presently accustomed to being home alone for 8-9 hours at a time.

We so enjoyed this housesit for John and Kristen. Their home is lovely and situated in an ideal area. Our accommodation was comfortable with plenty of space for our things in the bedroom and kitchen area. We appreciated the extra details that made our stay pleasant. Lila was a delight to take care of and obedient, We enjoyed playing with her and taking her for walks. We would be happy to housesit for John and Kristen again if we are able.
