Dunedin

We are located on 10 acres on a beautiful hilltop between Broad Bay and Company Bay on the peninsula. The house is modern and insulated with double glazing, three bedrooms, central heat, log burner, high-speed fibre wiFi, and a comfy lounge area with views over the harbour.
Our dog Clara is a sweet old gal who doesn't need extensive exercise but likes to get out for short walks in the morning and afternoons. We also have three friendly goats who need occasional checking on in the colder months. We have a ride-on mower for the lawn area depending on the season.
