We need a house sitter

We are looking for a couple, single person or family to look after our home, indoor plants and most importantly our cat Herbie!! Home is modern, with open plan living and kitchen. Great outdoor area with new spa, deck and bbq.

5 minute walk to the beach, playgrounds, the Good Home pub, and FreshChoice supermarket!

Low maintenance garden and lawn, will just need watering every 2nd day if no rain. Indoor plants watered once a week.

Our cat Herbie is very cruisey, he sleeps all day and only awake for meals and a bit of outdoor time in the evenings! You’ll hardly see him.

Sophia and her family were great to sit for. The place was left very tidy and they were welcoming and easy to communicate with. Herbie the cat was great! He gave us lots of attention and followed us around the house. The house is in a great location also. Would happily sit for them again. Thanks for choosing us 😁

I had an amazing time looking after Herbie, the cat in a very comfortable, clean house in St John. Herbie is super laid back and non demanding and only makes "guest appearances" occasionally. Sophia was an excellent communicator and left very clear instructions, although in fairness, these was not much to do. A few plants needed watering but their was ample time to explore Auckland and surround from their very comfortable and centrally located home. I will definitely return if the opportunity ... MORE

Great house owners who know what they want and very organised. Very clear, great notes, great location, lovely people, gorgeous cat. I'd recommend housesit to anyone and I'd go back again in a heartbeat.

No rating Sophia and Dan are a lovely couple and I enjoyed looking after their home. The location of the house is perfect for getting into the city and around with frequent buses at the end of the road and on street parking. The area is quiet and set back from the main roads. Their cat Heribe is friendly and a great companion.
