Castor Bay North Shore City

We have a three bedroom house plus study and a double garage. There is parking inside the garage for one car. Our house is at the top of a steep drive and is a short stroll to Castor Bay beach and reserve.

We have a six year old part Maine Coon cat who is quite timid and very much a home bird. He will warm up to you (once he realises you are his food source!) and he does enjoy company. He doesn't have any medical issues and just requires feeding morning and late afternoon plus some serious ear tickling. Please note he isn't allowed out overnight so has a litter tray in the garage in case he's caught short!

We also have front and rear lawns - these are taken care of by a robotic lawn mower!
