I'm looking for someone for companionship, care, cuddles and conversation with my beautiful big Tonkinese cat named Chocie while I'm away on holiday in USA.

He may be a little standoffish at first but once he warms to you he’ll be your faithful friend. He’s a talker and loves to sit on your lap and snuggle. He’s a burrower and can often be found under the blanket on the couch or under the covers in the bed.

My home (rented) is a spacious one-bedroom apartment in a small block of 3 apartments on a farm just 10 minutes drive from Matakana. The apartment has sweeping rural views and is located on a 26 hectare property which has a network of hilly walking (horse) trails.

This is a very easy housesit with only 1 cat and a 1-bedroom apartment to care for, with no outside duties required.

I am a former full-time housesitter, so I am very comfortable with the concept of strangers staying in my home in return for loving pet and home care.

My dates are not flexible as overseas travel is involved.
