Otaki Railway Kapiti Coast

We live on a quiet and spacious 5-acre block in Otaki. Our house is vape, smoke and drug free. There is no light pollution at our place and on a clear night, we see the stars. Otaki town is just 3 kms away. There are 2 supermarkets, shops and cafes in the area. Also, there are multiple walking and cycling tracks and we are not far from the Tararuas

Our pets are super important to us, so we are looking for an animal lover to care for them. Our dogs play in the paddocks with their toys, and just love being played with. The cats come and go from the house but will just need feeding. (I have arranged for my horse to be cared for by the farrier) but if for any reason this changes, my horse will need feeding at night and rugging up. We have 5 chickens and 8 ducks who just free range. They will all need feeding too. The other animals will just need water as they will have free range in their paddock while we are away.


All pet food will be stored outside the back door.
If for any reason veterinary care is required, the account we have with the vet will have money in it to cover these expenses.

No garden care is required unless you enjoy doing it.
I have house plants which will require 1 or 2 waterings during your stay.
