Newlands Wellington

We are looking for a reliable, Cat loving, non-smoking single/couple (no children please) to look after our home and feed our 9 year old Bengal cat, Jasper from 29 March 2025 to 26 April 2025.

We live in a modern two-story house in a quiet neighborhood.

Downstairs there is a large double bedroom with a queen size bed and your own bathroom down the hall for your use.

The main living area is upstairs with a deck overlooking the wonderful views of Wellington Harbour and city.

Off street parking and parking for one car in the garage available.

The bus stop is 400 meters away, the local New World supermarket is nearby. but as we live in a hilly suburb, a car would be essential. We are 10-minute drive from Wellington CBD.

Unlimited Wi-Fi, dishwasher, TV, air conditioning, no home phone, but plenty of mobile coverage.

We have both internal and external security cameras, but only outside and garage would be activated.

We would be keen to meet you in person prior, if possible, as well as a reference check from previous house-sitting placement.
