We need a house sitter

My house is in Petone, 5 min from 2 bus routes and 10min from the train line.
5-10 min from Jackson St shops, cafes & cinema.
Tessa is a miniature schnauzer x maltese (14 years old) requiring a short walk every 2 days. She is very easy and is used to being outside during the day in her kennel at the back of the house in the secure garden as I work full time.
I have a few house plants which will need watering and a small lawn which will need mowing 1 or 2 times while I'm away (unlikely for short sits under 2 weeks. (I have an electric plug in mower for this).
